A: We are factory with trading company.
Q3. What products does your company supply?
A: 1. Suspension Parts: Air shock absorption, inductance shock absorption, hydraulic shock absorption, shock absorption air bag pump, distribution valve.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit,and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. And: Alipay, Paypal, L/C and so on
Q5. What’s the MOQ for each item?
A: Our business way is spot sales, if the items we have stock, there is no limitation for MOQ, and normally MOQ as 10pcs is acceptable.
Q6. What about the delivery time?
A: It's about 1 to 5 days for the goods have in stock, 1 week to 1 month for the goods need to be manufactured based on your order.
Q7. Do you give any guarantee to your products?
A: Basically, we have 1 year quality guarantee for Dpatp brand spare parts.
Q8. What will you do for quality complaint?
A: 1. we will respond to customer within 24 hours.
2. If there is batch products quality problem, we will go to your warehouse with our technicist directly to check the goods and send you the high quality goods again freely.
